WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
Furry Friend Care provides visits for dogs, cats and small animals.

DO YOU WATER LAWNS OR OUTDOOR PLANTS AND FLOWERS?
Unfortunately, we do not. In the past we did but we found that it takes too much time and it's very hard to allow that time
to fit in with our other pet visits. We can water some indoor plants as long as it doesn't take the time away from taking
care of our furry friends.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?

DO YOU CHARGE FOR A CONSULTATION?
No. It is very important to us to meet you and your furry friend, to make sure both parties are happy with each other. It
gives us the chance to find out about them, their routines, and any medical problems.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?
Yes. Our contract covers basic legal issues to protect both you and our sitter.

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?
For our weekly visits payment is due each Friday. For all other visits, payment is due on the first visit. We accept cash
and checks. For each returned check there will be a $25 charge. If you wish to cancel we require 24 hours notice
otherwise we will charge 50% of the total amount of visits booked.

WILL YOU KEEP MY HOUSE KEY?
Yes if you will be using our services in the future. All keys are kept in a safe place and they are not labeled with any of
your personal information for security purposes. If you need your key returned, there will be a $5 charge if you are 2 -
5 miles from the pet sitter, $10 if more than 5 miles.

WHY DO YOU NOT ADVERTISE ON VEHICLES?
We do not want to make it obvious to a potential thief that you are not home. It would benefit us to advertise on our
vehicles but we feel it's more important to keep your pets safe in their homes.

IS THERE AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR HOLIDAYS?
Yes. There will be an additional $10 charge for the day (not each visit on that day). Holidays are New Year's Day,
Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

ARE THERE ANY EXTRA CHARGES?
Yes, there is an extra $2 charge if you are 5 miles from our pet sitter's home, and an additional $2 for each additional 5
miles.
If visits are requested outside of our normal operating hours, there will be an additional $3 charge.
For visits that are requested for Friday nights, Saturdays and Sundays without 24 hours notice will have an additional
$10 charge per visit. There will be no additional charge for any other day during the week.

WHAT ARE YOUR NORMAL OPERATING HOURS?
Daily between 7:00 AM and 7:30 PM. We can accommodate outside of our operating hours but there is an additional
$3 charge for those visits.
Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

DO YOU PROVIDE ANY OTHER SERVICES?
Yes. We provide an House Check service.
